On 12th October the NIMAA Cross Country Championship and International Trial takes place at Queen’s Playing Field in Belfast. It is also the first event of the 2024-25 Masters League.
Athletes must be a member of NIMAA (by 30th September) if they wish to be considered for the Northern Ireland team for the British and Irish International, which takes place in Belfast on 16th November.
Team selection will be as follows:
Women 35-39, 40-45, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+ (4 to run in each category at the international)
First three NIMAA members in each category at the trial plus one place decided by the selection committee
Men 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54 (6 to run in each category at the international)
First four NIMAA members in each category at the trial plus two places decided by the selection committee
Men 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+ (4 to run in each category at the international)
First three NIMAA members in each category at the trial plus one place decided by the selection committee
Two reserves for each age category will also be selected.
