British and Irish Masters International Cross Country Open Race – 16th November 2024
You can now enter the open race. Cost is £10. (open to any athlete aged 35 or over – there is no requirement to be a member of a club or association). This race is supporting the Parkinson’s UK charity. Team reserves will be added to the open race automatically once final teams are confirmed. There is no need for them to enter.
The race programme is as follows:-
Race 1: 11.00am W65 to W75, M65 to M80 – 6Km.
Race 2: 12.00pm W35 to W60 – 6Km
Race 3: 12.45pm M50. 6 to run 4 to score each team. 8K. M55 to M60 – 8Km.
Race 4: 1.30pm M35 to M45 – 8Km.
Open Race: 2.15pm. All age groups – 6Km and 8Km.
