Mary Slocum won the W60 Irish Half Marathon Championship at Charleville with a new personal best of 1.28.52
At the British Half Marathon championships, held this year in Dumfries, Scotland, Sarah Benton won W50 GOLD in a time of 1.30.41
Other medallists were Norman Mawhinney M65 (SILVER) 1.29.16, Helen Byers W45 (BRONZE) 1.39.45 and Adam Harvey M35 (BRONZE) 1.16.32.
